Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at timbertownpaddleboard@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Warranty

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Timbertown Paddleboard Co warrants all Timbertown Paddleboard Co boards and Paddles sold by Timbertown Paddleboard Co to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the product.

If a product is found to be defective by Timbertown Paddleboard Co, in its sole discretion, Timbertown Paddleboard Co’s only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.

Timbertown Paddleboard Co will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss of use of product. This warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law.

1 The warranty applies only to Timbertown Paddleboard Co products purchased from Authorized Timbertown Paddleboard Co Dealers and is valid for the original purchaser only. Transfers of warranty is not possible.

2 Any products that we request to be returned to Timbertown Paddleboard Co for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorisation, which can be given over an email by contacting timbertownpaddleboard@gmail.com . 

If shipping products directly we recommend using a tracked/insured service.

Timbertown Paddleboard Co assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our Warranty Department. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.

Damage caused by improper packing.

Normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.

Damage Caused by excessive UV/Heat Exposure (shown by distinct yellow glue staining around seams or fading of parts such as fins and logos)

Damage caused by use of solvents, adhesives.

Damage to Timbertown Paddleboard Co products caused by non-Timbertown Paddleboard Co.

Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages.

3 All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing by Timbertown Paddleboard Co.

4 Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

5 Repaired items will be subject to available parts. We will do our best to match colours and styles but we cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact product back.

6 All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an Authorized Timbertown Paddleboard Co dealer. Invoice or charge receipt must clearly identify the dealer.

This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your legal rights under laws.

 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
